My stay at the JW Marriott Nashville was a mix of highs and lows. While the location was excellent, being close to downtown and many attractions, the service I received left a lot to be desired. I faced issues with my room assignments, and the executive lounge was closed over the weekend, which was disappointing. On the plus side, the pool area was lovely and the breakfast was quite enjoyable.

I had a mostly enjoyable stay at the JW Marriott Nashville. The location was perfect for exploring Broadway, and my corner room had a stunning view of the city. However, some minor inconveniences, like issues with room setups and a bit of slow service at times, detracted from the experience. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for its luxury feel and helpful staff, but with a note to improve on communication and efficiency.

While the hotel’s location is excellent, close to Broadway, and the hotel itself is beautiful, I did experience some notable service challenges. The cleanliness and professionalism of the staff shone through, yet delays in check-in and service made things frustrating at times. I left with both positive memories and some letdowns.
